1 - REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
The customer’s sterilization process, printing substrate and technical requirements are identified.
2 - FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT
An indicator ink and product formulation suited to the application are developed.
3 - PRINTING & APPLICATION TESTS
The formulation is tested on kraft, film and suitable substrates.
4 - PERFORMANCE TESTS
Colour change, printing performance and the performance criteria of the relevant indicator system are evaluated.
5 - STABILITY & QUALITY CONTROL
Product stability, manufacturing consistency and quality parameters are checked.
6 - MANUFACTURING & DOCUMENTATION
The approved product enters production, and the available TDS, SDS and COA documentation for the product is provided.
